I'm President of ChiroHD, a chiropractic practice management software company. We build the systems that let chiropractors run their practices — scheduling, billing, clinical workflows, and the infrastructure underneath all of it.

Most of my thinking right now centers on one question: what does a software company actually look like when it's built around AI instead of just using it? Not which tools to adopt — that's the easy part. The harder question is structural. Who do you hire? How do you organize them? What do humans do when AI handles the work that justified most of the org chart?

I write to think through what I'm building and learning. The ideas here are operator perspective, not theory — what's working, what isn't, and where the real problems are.
